Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our company, we are unable to accept returns of online orders. If you have an issue with the item you received, we are more than willing to offer you online store credit once the item that did not meet your expectations is shipped back to us!

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for items being exchanged for store credit. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package for any concerns or requests regarding store credit and returns! 

If the item received was damaged in the shipping process, we will file a claim with the shipping company and are more than willing to refund you or offer store credit for that item! Please let us know if the item was damaged in transit within 24 hours of receiving the package.

If you are shopping with us at The Painted Tree, returns are accepted within 48 hours as long as the item is undamaged, unopened, and the tags are still attached. Food and coffee are non-returnable items.
